This curry balance the heat of the turmeric by using curd and ghee as cooling effect
Wash the turmeric piece dry the water with cloth peel them and then turmeric grate in bowl
Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds and pinch of asafoetida when cumin seeds begin to crackle add grated turmeric and cook on slow flame till if turns brown add fresh garlic and cook few minutes
Add onion paste and stir it and cook some times
Add tomatoes paste and sauté for slow flame till the ghee separates from the mixture
Add ginger and green chilli paste and cook few seconds
Add boiled green peas and jaggery mix well
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and stir it
Add thick curd and mix well and cook medium flame till the ghee separates
At last add fresh coriander and mix well
