Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken fillets - 2 packets (400 grsms)
  2. Garlic crushed - 1 tsp
  3. Ginger grated - 1 tsp
  4. Curd - 3 tsp
  5. Raw turmeric juice - 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. For the curry : Onions - 3, chopped
  8. Shredded Coconut - 2 tbsp
  9. Ginger grated - 1 tsp
  10. Garlic crushed - 1 tsp
  11. Dhania powder - 2 tsp
  12. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  13. Green chilli crushed - 1 tsp
  14. Raw turmeric juice - 1 tsp
  15. Kasoori methi - 2 tsp ( roasted)
  16. Oil - 2 tbsp
  17. Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  18. Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken for 2 hours with Ginger Garlic, curd salt and raw turmeric juice ( 1 tsp).
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add khada masala. Add marinated chicken. Pressure cook chicken well.
  3. Saute onions brown. Add shredded coconut, ginger, garlic, dhania powder, garam masala, green chilli paste. Saute a little and cool. Now blend in mixer.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add blended masala and raw turmeric juice. ( 1 tsp)
  5. Now add chicken. Mic and boil for 5 minutes. Add Kasoori methi by rubbing between palms.
  6. Boil for 2 minutes more. Add fresh cream and serve with garnish of coriander leaves.
