ABOUT Garma Garam Maggi pakora RECIPE

This is a different style of pakodas made with everyone's favorite maggi.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Small packet maggi
  2. 1 small, onions , chopped,
  3. 2 carrot greated
  4. Rice flour 2-3 tsp
  5. 1 tbsp besan
  6. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare Maggi in the normal way. Make sure prepared maggi should be dry. It should not have any extra water. Let it cool.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, using little water and mix well.
  3. Mix well
  4. Heat the Oil in a kadhai, shape the batter into small pakodas and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
