ABOUT Maggi pakoda RECIPE

my elder one wants to have Maggi . I cook for him but than suddenly his mood changed. Now he wants to have pakora. So Maggi converted into pakoda.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi- 1 small pack(already cooked)
  2. chickpea flour- 2 tablespoon
  3. onion- 1 chopped
  4. capsicum- 1/2 chopped
  5. red chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add flour,salt,chilli powder,onion and capsicum.
  2. Add water and make batter.
  3. It should not be so flowing.
  4. Add leftover Maggi and mix well.
  5. Now heat oil in a wok. Drop little- little batter and fry till golden brown.
  6. Take out on paper towel.
  7. Serve it with chopped onion and tomato ketchup.
