ABOUT Maggi Pakoras RECIPE

My kids love maggi way too much, I tried to make something new and healthy out of it. So here's presenting my kids's special 2 minute recipe 'Maggi Pakoras'.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 packet maggi atta noodles
  2. 1/4 cup small pieces of red and yellow capsicums (optional)
  3. 2 tablespoon besan/ chickpea flour
  4. 2 tsp curd
  5. Salt and Red chilli powder (According to taste)
  6. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  7. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the ketchup.
  2. Heat oil and fry all the maggi pakoras in it one by one.
  3. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.

If you boil the noodles and stain the excess of water and let it cool a bit... Then add besan/ chickpea flour, curd, onions, green chillies and make a thick batter and deep fry it. You will get an awesome dish.
