Ingredients: For the dough..; 1 cup maida; 1/2 tea spoon salt; 3 table spoon oil for moyan; Lukewarm water to knead the dough; For stuffing....; 5 medium sized potato ( boiled); 1 large onion chopped finely; 2 table spoon oil; 1/2 tea spoon jeera; 1/2 tea spoon mustard seed; 1 tea spoon salt; 1/8 tea spoon haldi; 1 tea spoon red chilli powder; 1/4 tea spoon hing; 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice

Here are the samosa with fried potato masala. Try these samosa and enjoy with hot tea.

Ingredients Serving: 2

For the dough..
1 cup maida
1/2 tea spoon salt
3 table spoon oil for moyan
Lukewarm water to knead the dough
For stuffing....
5 medium sized potato ( boiled)
1 large onion chopped finely
2 table spoon oil
1/2 tea spoon jeera
1/2 tea spoon mustard seed
1 tea spoon salt
1/8 tea spoon haldi
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/4 tea spoon hing
1/2 tea spoon lemon juice

Instructions

In a bowl mix maida, salt and oil.
Now knead the dough using lukewarm water.
Cover the dough and Keep it aside.
Now how to prepare the stuffing.....
Take a kadai.
Heat oil In it.
Add jeera, mustard seed, hing in it.
Now add chopped onion in it and fry for two minutes.
Add all spices, lemon juice and meshed potato in it . Mix well and off the gas.
Let it cool completely.
Now ready to make samosa
Make 6 equal balls from the dough.( u can make more or less balls. It depends on the size of samosa u want to make )
Roll each of them thin and cut into two parts.
Now take a part. Fill the stuffing in it and pack it fine. With the help of water.
Make each of them like this.
Now heat some oil in a kadai and fry each samosa in medium hot oil.
Serve hot.
