Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soak and boiled chana dal
  2. 1/4 cup dill leaves
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp chopped onion
  6. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  7. 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  8. 1 tsp chopped curry leaves
  9. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. salt as required
  12. 1 tsp lemon juice
  13. For garnish
  14. cheese

Instructions

  1. In hot pan add oil and cumin seeds when cumin seeds begin to crackle add chopped onion and chopped green chilies and cook some 2 to 3 minutes
  2. Add chopped garlic and curry leaves and stir it
  3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and some water mix well and cook few seconds
  4. Add boiled chana dal with water and dill leaves and stir it cover the pan and cook few minutes
  5. At last add lemon juice
