ABOUT Rawa onion dosa. RECIPE

A delicious thin & crispy dosa usually made for breakfast in south india. This can be made plain without onion . goes well with coconut chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. rawa or semolina 1 cup
  2. curd 1/4 cup
  3. water to make batter
  4. salt as required.
  5. chopped onion 1 small
  6. green chillies 1
  7. curry leaves or coriander leaves as you like.

Instructions

  1. just put rawa ,curd, salt & a little water in a mixer jat & run for a few seconds.
  2. add enough water to make a loose batter.
  3. m8x chopped onion, chilli, & leaves.
  4. take a non stick pan or dosa pan. brush oil. just sprinkle the batter on the pan fill all holes.
  5. put 1tbsp of chopped ingredients on top.press it.
  6. sprinkle some oil or ghee on top.
  7. cook well .then turn it & cook the other side also well.
  8. serve hot with coconut chutney.
  9. there wont be a preper shape or size for these dosas.
