Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji/rava - 1cup
  2. Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
  3. Green chilly - 1
  4. Finely chopped onion -1
  5. Small diced potato - 1
  6. Curry leaves - 6-7
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - 2 tsp
  9. Water - 2 cup
  10. Chana dal - 1/4 tsp
  11. Urad dal - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan dry roast the suji /rava in medium flame and the colour of rava must be the same
  2. Heat the oil in a pan
  3. Place the mustard seeds to crackle.
  4. Add chana dal, urad dal, onion and potato and fry till light brown.
  5. Add green chilly and curry leaves. and mix well
  6. Mix water and let the water to boil.
  7. Add suji/rava and salt once the water gets boiled..
  8. Once the suji absorb the water, cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes
  9. Stir in between.
  10. . When it gets ready serve hot it in breakfast.
