Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For 4 serve,4 long size boneless fish pieces
  2. For first coating,2 tsp corn flour
  3. 1 tsp maida
  4. 1/4 tsp termeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. For second coating,1 grated raw potato
  8. 15 to 18 spinach leaves
  9. 2 green chillies nicely chopped
  10. 2 tsp cornflower
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First cut the spinach leaves in long size thin shaped and keep aside
  2. Now for first,take cornflower,maida, termeric and red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix well now add water and mix and prepare a mixture for coating consistency
  3. Now for second coating,take chopped spinach and grated potato, chopped green chilli and mix lightly and,now add cornflower in this don't add water in it,prepare outer dry coating is ready
  4. Heat oil in pan,take one piece of fish,dip in maida and cornflower mixture nicely
  5. Now take this coated fish piece in spinach and grated potato and coat nicely from all side and drop in hot medium oil to fry
  6. All picese coat like this and serve till crisp and brown in colour
  7. When all done,serve hot in party with green chutney for more taste

Can I use cornflour in the place of maida?
