Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal (black gram)soacking overnight
  2. 1tsp ghee
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste .
  4. 4 tomato puree
  5. 1tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp pav bhaji Masala
  7. 1tsp turmeric powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. All ingredients
  2. Urad dal (black gram)soacking overnight.first take pressure cooker for 5,6 whistles
  3. Blend smooth paste
  4. Take a nonstick pan add 1 tsp ghee add cumin, tej pata...ginger garlic paste saute few minutes
  5. All turmeric powder
  6. Add tomato puree . mix well
  7. Add Red chilli powder, coriander powder
  8. Add salt
  9. Add cooked dal. mix well saute few minutes add cream mix well. Saute few minutes. ..Ready
