Usually I prepared coconut laddoo with Jaggery, but this time I have added aam papad,its taste is different,more delious.
I will surely try this.
All ingredients are in pictures
Take a kodai add coconut stir it 7/8 minutes.
Then add Jaggery, stir it 10/15 minutes
Now add aam papad( aam satto)
Stir it continuously 20/ 22 minutes.
Then again add half portion of Jaggery.
Stir it until it's. Sticky.
After that remove it ,keep it in a bowl.
Wait for 5/6 minutes .
Then make a small ball
With cashew nuts and almonds to serve it.
SERVING: 6
