Superbly tasty full of veggies and yumminess of cheese stuffef in whole wheat beautiful wrap

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Oil 1 tablespoon
  3. Cottage cheese / Paneer cubes 1 cup
  4. Finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  5. Finely chopped capsicum 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
  8. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Milk 2 cups
  10. Sesame seeds / til 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Veggies and Cottage cheese used .. sprinkle salt , pepper powder and mixed herbs . And mix well to merinate
  2. In a mixing bowl take whole wheat flour , salt to taste and oil . Mix well and knead a tight dough using milk , keep it covered for some time..knead it again and use
  3. Roll out a big and little thick chapati of ready dough and place it on baking tray
  4. Spread grated cheese on bottom
  5. Arrange marinated veggies and Cottage cheese , leaving approximately 1 inch space on circumference
  6. Now turn it inside and give pleates and pinch them little to seal ... So that it will be a close pocket . Lastly sprinkle some sesame seeds on corners and apply some milk for glaze
  7. Preheat oven for some time and then bake ready gallate for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees
  8. Ready to serve .. serve hot immediately and enjoy endlessly
  9. Good for kids too as it's full of veggies , chesse and paneer and prepared from whole wheat flour
