Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basmati rice -2 cup
  2. Water-4cup
  3. French beans chopped-1/2 cup
  4. Chopped carrot -1/2 cup
  5. Ghee / butter -2tsp
  6. Green chillies -2 no
  7. Onion -1 large
  8. Crushed fresh garlic
  9. Species:
  10. Star anise -1
  11. Bay leaf-2
  12. Green cardamom -4
  13. Black cardamom-2
  14. Cinamon stick -2 inch
  15. Clove -4

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice in water and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat non stick pan add 1 TSP of olive oil / butter / refined oil add bay leaf green n black cardamoms clove , star anise chopped garlic Nd onions fry it some time
  3. Add chopped green chilies,carrots n beans n satue it and after that add pinch of salt n soaked rice
  4. Bring it to boil on medium flamen cover the lid 10-15 min
  5. Now remove the lid and enjoy the French beans pulao with chutney or raita
