How likes french beans?? :grimacing::grimacing: But this paratha has become a hit in my house and they are super easy to make :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups chooped french beans
  2. 1 cup grated coconut
  3. 2 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (dhania leaves)
  5. 1 tbsp cooking oil
  6. 1 tsp ajwain
  7. Pinch of baking soda
  8. 5-6 curry leaves
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 2 tsp garam masala
  13. 2 cups wheat flour
  14. 1 tbsp ghee
  15. Sat to taste
  16. Water to need a dough

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough with enough water for a roti consistency and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Add ajwain seeds and let it crackle.
  3. Now add curry leaves, soda, salt and chopped beans. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Now cover the beans with a lid and let it cook.
  5. After 10 mins open the lid to check if the beans are cooked.
  6. Once the beans are cooked add grated coconut, sugar, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger green chilli paste and mix well
  7. Now with a pav bhaji smasherroughly smash the beans and let it cool
  8. Now roll the parathas, add stuffing in the center and roll again
  9. Roast it on tava on both sides with ghee
  10. Serve with ketchup and green chutney
