Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless chicken cubes- 600 gm
  2. First marination,
  3. Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
  4. Ginger paste- 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  6. Green chilli paste- 1/2 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder- 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Second marination,
  10. Thick Fresh cream- 1/3 cup
  11. Hung curd- 1/3 cup
  12. butter- 3 tbsp
  13. Grated Cheese- 2/3 cup(Secret ingredients)
  14. Cornflour-4 tbsp
  15. For serving,
  16. Green chatni
  17. Lemon slices
  18. Onion slices
  19. some coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients in a bowl for first marination. Mix well.
  2. Pat dry the chicken with kitchen towel and marinate with it. Leave it for 1 hour in fridge.
  3. Then make the 2nd marination bu mixing all the ingredients for it in another bowl.
  4. Marinate the chicken with it and again keep it in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  5. If you use wooden skewers then soak it in water for 1 hour. It will prevent the burning.
  6. Then skewered the chicken cube and bake it in oven in broil mode at highest temperature for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve with green chatni, lemon slices and some onion slice. Enjoy it.
