Ingredients Serving: 2

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 Cup water
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup oil
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

Start preheating your microwave at 180 degrees.
In a bowl, add water, oil, lemon juice, turmeric powder and castor sugar and mix it well.
Now add wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix it well.
Now place the cupcake liners into cupcake mould and pour the batter into it.
Sprinkle raisins.
Bake it for 20 mins and your delicious lemon cupcakes are ready!
