Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Two big Apple's
  2. Ghee 3 tablespoon
  3. Jaggery 1 cup
  4. Almond 6-7
  5. Cardamom powder 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Grate the apples.
  2. Taking a mixie jar and grind it into puree.
  3. In a pan add ghee
  4. Roast almond into the ghee
  5. Add Apple puree and saute for 5 to 6 minute
  6. After evaporation of moisture add jaggery
  7. Cook for 5 minutes
  8. Apple halwa is ready
