This is a perfect one pot meal made with dal and rice, apt for people of all ages.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup rice
  2. 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 grated çarrot
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  7. 1tsp desi ghee.

Instructions

  1. Wash the dal and rice.
  2. Put the in a cooker pan.
  3. Add chopped onion
  4. Put grated carrot
  5. Now add salt and turmeric powder.
  6. Cook till 2 whistle.
  7. Open and add desi ghee.
