This is a very delicious and healthy recipe of dal, with the indukgence of iron rich spinach, this can be served with some roti or rice.
Tasty as well as healthy.
Soak the dal for 1 hour.
Put ghee in a cooker
Add cumin seeds
Add chopped onions
Put chopped tomatoes
Add ginger and green chilli.
Saute the masala.
Put spinach puree
Add the dal
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.
Add required amount of water to it.
Close the lid of the cooker and cook until 2 whistles are attained.
Simmer for 8 minutes
Open and check
Mix and it is ready to be served.
