Carrots are rich in vitamins, so incorporate them as much possible in the diet, so here is a delicious way to eat them by making a kheer out of them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups milk
  2. Sugar 1/4 th cup [can be increased or decreased as per taste]
  3. 5 grated carrot
  4. Some chopped dry fruits [raisins, almonds and cashew nuts]

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a sauce pan, and simmer it.
  2. Add sugar once the milk is boiled and reduced to 3/4 th amount.
  3. Now add the grated carrot.
  4. Cook till this thickens enough.
  5. Add dry fruits
  6. Eat hot
