Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  2. Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  3. Milk 3 cup
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Cardamon powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
  7. Raisins 1 tbsp
  8. Almonds 1 tbsp
  9. Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and grate the carrot
  2. Heat one t sp clarified butter in a pan
  3. Add grated carrot and saute for 3 to 4 mins and keep aside
  4. Again heat 1/2 tsp clarified butter in a pan and add vermicelli and saute for 3 to 4 mins
  5. Also fry the dry fruits one by one
  6. Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel
  7. Once boiled keep in a low flame
  8. Add grated and fried carrot and vermicelli and mix well
  9. Stir occasionally,cook till thickening the milk
  10. Add sugar and cardamon powder and mix well
  11. Add cashew nuts, raisins and almonds and mix well
  12. Garnish with almonds and serve
