ABOUT Egg Fried Rice RECIPE

A common chinese delicacy which takes less time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice- 3 cups
  2. Carrot cut in small cubes- 1
  3. Beans cut into small pieces- 7
  4. Cabbage a little chopped
  5. Onion chopped- 1
  6. Spring onion- 1 tbspn
  7. Soya sauce- 1 tspn
  8. Eggs- 2
  9. salt as per taste
  10. White pepper powder- 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add 1 tbspn olive oil. Add chopped onion.
  2. After 1 min add all chopped veggies. Cover for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the egg in it and stir.
  4. Then add white pepper powder, salt, soya sauce and spring onions.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes then add boiled rice and toss it. It is ready to serve.
