Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Grated carrot - 1-1/2 kg
  2. Desi Ghee - 2 tblspn ,
  3. milk - 1/2 liter
  4. khoya - 100 GM,
  5. Sugar - 150 GM (You can add as per your taste)
  6. Green cardamom (crushed) - 3-4,
  7. orange zest - 1 tbsp,
  8. Mixed dry fruits [cashew nuts, almonds, raisins]

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a pressure cooker except sugar and dry fruits and wait for 2-3 whistle.
  2. Now open cooker after the pressure is released. Put sugar and half of the dry fruits and stir occasionally until mixer gets dry. Now add ghee and decorate with grated khoya and rest of the dry fruits.
  3. It's ready to eat.
