Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 1/2kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder, a pinch
  4. Maggie cube 1
  5. Green chillies 8
  6. Yogurt or curd 1/2 cup
  7. Black papper 1 teaspn
  8. Tomatoes 2
  9. Onions 4
  10. Cinnamon 1/2 inch
  11. Cloves 2
  12. Coriander leaves, 1/2 bunch
  13. Half lemon and pinch food colour
  14. Few mint leaves
  15. Oil 5 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a vessel, add cinnamon, cloves and green chillies, fry for 1 min.
  2. Add onions and fry till golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
  3. Add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and Maggie cube, fry for another 1 min.
  4. Now add tomatoes and coriander leaves, fry till tomatoes are soft and add salt to taste.
  5. Add chicken and cook till half done, then add yogurt/curd and cook for 5 to 10 min.
  6. When chicken is boiled add yellow food colour and mix well.
  7. Garnish it with onion slices, capsicum slice or as you desire.
  8. Serve it with chapatis/parotas/naan/rice.
