This is a famous Indian desert made with bread slices and milk, a perfect dinner party sweet.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1/2 liter
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Ilaichi powder 1/2 tea spoon
  4. Chopped dry fruits 2 tea spoon
  5. Bread 3 slices cut in triangular shape
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. And Boil milk till it becomes thick like rabri.keep stirring.. At last add ilaichi powder and sugar.. Cook for 5 mins more.. Garnish with dry fruits.. Then Rabri will look like this
  2. Take slices of bread. Cut in triangular shape
  3. Deep fry the bread
  4. Set bread on plate Pour rabri on it.. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
