Shahi tukda is a hydrabadi traditional recipe it is made of milk, khoya, bread and sugar.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup milk
  2. 8 bread slices (cut in triangle shape)
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 3 tablespoon ghee
  5. 1/4 cup khoya
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  7. for garnishing
  8. 2 tablespoon chopped dry fruits
  9. 6 cherry

Instructions

  1. Take a thick bottomed pan add milk in it and heat it on medium flame till the milk gets thick.
  2. Then add sugar, khoya and cardamom powder and cook for few minutes.
  3. Heat another non-stick pan add some ghee fry the bread slices until light brown.
  4. Now keep the fried slices of bread in a plate then add milk over it and garnish with dry fruits and cherry.
