Cut 5 bread slices into 10 pieces remove the sides.
Roast with ghee on both sides till they are golden brown.
keep aside.
Now keep milk in a broad pan and keep boiling till it is reduced to half .
Keep stirring continuously so don't stick to the bottom.
It will reduce to half after 20 minutes. now add sugar and stir
cook for 5 minutes more. add saffron infused milk, cardamom powder, and dry fruits.
Cook for 5 minutes more and switch off the gas .
Dip bread slices in it and remove immediately, otherwise bread can break if you dip for a long time.
Take serving dish and keep all breads which we have dipped in rabdi.
pour rabdi with a spoon on bread slices and garnish with dry fruits.
