Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices - 5-6
  2. Milk - 1litre
  3. Sugar - 1/2cup or as required +1/2cup
  4. Ghee - 2+3 tablepsoon
  5. Saffron - 2/3strands
  6. Cardamon powder - 1tablespoon
  7. Water - 1cup
  8. Almonds - 2/3tablespoon chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 3 spoon ghee and toast the bread cut the brown out side of the bread.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan add milk and sugar boil it add saffron and cardamon powder.
  3. Boil it untill it reduces to almost half.
  4. Take 1/2 cup sugar and water and make sugar syrup.
  5. Lastly dip the bread into syrup than plate it on a plate.
  6. Pour the milk rabdi over it.
  7. Garnish if with some almonds.
