A quick and simple dish that has coriander leaves and an aromatic flavour.
Clean the mushroom and cut them into small pieces. Then cook it with a little water, turmeric powder and salt for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
Grind together the coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies to form a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and sauté for a minute . Then add the green paste and saute till the raw smell goes. Next, add coriander powder and a little salt and the mushroom. Reduce the flame and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with curry leaves and serve it hot.
