ABOUT Dizzling Oat's Cheela RECIPE

It's a healthy breakfast for elders, using oat's flour with cheese and veggie greens, an ideal recipe for those on diet.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Salt to taste
  2. Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Coriander powder 1/2teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  5. Garam masala power 1/4teaspoon
  6. Cumin seeds 1/2teaspoon
  7. Oat's 1 cup(make flour of it)
  8. Cheese paneer 1 cup crumbled
  9. Sooji [semolina] 2 tablespoons
  10. Palak [spinach] 1 cup (wash and chopped well)
  11. Capsicum chopped 1 Big
  12. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  13. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Ingredients used
  2. Take oats, make flour of it using mixer grinder
  3. Press knob ,keep hand on top of mixer, otherwise it may comes out
  4. It's fully powdered this time
  5. Take a utensil add oat's flour in it, add chopped capsicum
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves
  7. Add chopped palak
  8. Add crumbled paneer
  9. Add sooji
  10. Add salt
  11. Add garam masala powder
  12. Add coriander powder
  13. Add turmeric powder
  14. Add red chillie powder
  15. Add cumin seeds
  16. Mix all well
  17. Use water to make a thick paste of it
  18. See the consistency
  19. Take a karchi full of batter
  20. On the other side place non-stick tawa on flame, add oil
  21. Spread the oil all over the tawa
  22. Check it's hot or not
  23. Put a laddle/karchi full of batter
  24. See the texture changes, oil will leave the sides and the batter is cooked from below
  25. Give a turn & flip over the other side, make it brownish
  26. Take out when it is brown and cooked from both the sides, serve hot
