ABOUT Choori for pregnant ladies... RECIPE

This has to be given in 9th month of pregnancy, not before that

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour.. 2 cups
  2. Makhana powder 1 cup
  3. Karara boora 2 cups
  4. Desi ghee.. 1 1-2 cup
  5. White pepper powder 1 tea spoon or so
  6. Chopped dry fruits.. Such as almond, cashew nuts, raisins, pistachio etc

Instructions

  1. Heat a woke and put atta and makhana powder and ghee Nd start bhunoyingg till a nice aroma is achieved and its colour is brown enough
  2. Now add dry fruits and white pepper powder
  3. Add bura and quickly toss and transfer the contents
  4. Choori is ready to be given to pregnant ladies in 9th month.
