Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gm palak chopped minutely
  2. 3 potatoes
  3. 1/2cup butter
  4. 1/4spoon lal mirch powder
  5. 1/4spoon dania powder
  6. Salt as per taste.
  7. 1bread(grate)
  8. 1-2spoon maida

Instructions

  1. First chop palak minutely
  2. Take a bowl and potatoes and mash
  3. Add all the masalae to it and grated bread and one spoon maida.
  4. Mix well and make kababs in any shape you want.
  5. Now fix the chopped palak on every kabas from both sides.
  6. Fix sticks in between and take butter.
  7. Apply butter on every kabab
  8. Take a non stick pan and apply oil on it.
  9. Put kababs with sticks in between and make crispy from both sides.
  10. Your palak seekh kababs are ready to serve.
  11. Present them as showm in picture.
