Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Suji 1/2 cup
  3. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  4. Chopped almonds 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped cashew nut 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
  7. Cardamom powder 1tbsp
  8. Dry ginger powder 2 tsp
  9. Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  11. Kapoor 1 small Piece

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and lower the heat add kapoor stir a minute.
  2. Add suji and roast for 5 minutes then add wheat flour stir and roast till the mixture gets light brown.
  3. Add dry ginger powder, cardamom powder mix it well. Switch off the gas.
  4. Heat another pan and dry roast the coriander seeds and corshely grind into grinder.
  5. Reserve some nuts for garnishing.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a thali add sugar powder chopped nuts, coriander powder. Mix well.
  7. Cool garnish with nuts and serve.
