Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cardamom
  2. 2 cloves,
  3. 1 inch dalchini
  4. 6 peppercorns,
  5. quarter piece of jaiphal,
  6. 1 tsp jeera,
  7. 1tsp coriander seeds
  8. ,badishep 1 tsp
  9. 4 red chillies
  10. for green chutney - 4 green chillies 1: 1 ratio mint leaves and coriander leaves, lemon, onion ,salt
  11. 1 cup basmati rice cooked with saffron milk,
  12. curd 2 tbsp
  13. capsicum 1 no,
  14. 1 cup peas,
  15. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  16. 2tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. ROAST THE garam masala ingredients and make a powder. SLICE capsicum LENGTHWISE and onion roundels.Taka a kadai and pour oil and heat it. STIR the vegetables for 2 to 3 mins. ALSO prepare green chutney. ONCE THE vegetables are a bit cooked
  2. Add green chutney. Saute the vegetables add the garam masala turmeric powder. THEN add birds keeping a low flame. IT shall leave oil. ADD THE cooked Basmati rice and stir.
