ABOUT Whole wheat pizza RECIPE

A delicious and healthy pizza made with whole wheat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3+1/2 cups atta
  2. 1 tbsp yeast
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. 1+3/4 cup water
  7. mixed herbs

Instructions

  1. Take the lukewarm water and add sugar and yeast. Keep aside for 10 minutes to proof.
  2. Take all the other ingredients in a large bowl and add the yeast mixture. Bring the dough together and knead for at least 8-10 minutes. Keep in an oiled bowl, covered by a cling film, for an hour or until it's double in size.
  3. Punch down the dough and divide into 4 parts. Roll out each part to your desired thickness and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
  4. Now spread your favourite pizza sauce, vegetables and cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the vegetables are a little cooked.
