Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Button Mushrooms 250 gms
  2. Bread crumbs. One slice
  3. Mozrella cheese. One tbsp
  4. Sour curd. Two tbsp
  5. Capsicum. Onion Tomato Half chopped
  6. Carrot Half grated
  7. Pineapple. Chopped two tbsp
  8. Olive oil. two tbsp
  9. Black pepper. 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash mushroom and hollow by removing the stem.scoop little more.
  2. Take sour curd to this add black pepper salt garlic and red chilli.
  3. In microwave proof dish add grated mushroom stem capsicum tomato onion carrot and 1 tbsp oil for two minutes.
  4. Add sour curd mixture to this followed with bread crumbs and pineapple pieces.
  5. Fill each mushroom with this filling forming a little heap.
  6. Now bake mushroom for 10 minutes at 190°C. Till brown.
  7. Sprinkle mozrella cheese and microwave for 30 seconds.
  8. Serve baked mushroom with sauce or dip.
