ABOUT Milk Tart RECIPE

This milk tart is a family favourite my kids and even they friend love this milk tart.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 tbps Cinnamon powder
  2. 3 tbps melted butter
  3. 60ml corn flour
  4. 400g milk maid condensed milk
  5. 1tsp vanila essence
  6. 2 x 200g biscuit (crushed)
  7. 500ml boiled milk

Instructions

  1. Take biscuits and crush it with roller or mixer.it should look like crumbs then take 2 tbps of melted butter and mix for base and put it in a milk tart pan. Keep aside.
  2. Take the corn flour and mix it with 250ml of milk.(milk should be room temperature)
  3. Take rest of milk and put it in a pot and bring to boil then add milk maid and mix it well. Keep stirring it continues
  4. Take corn flour mixture and add to milk mixture in pot.mix it continues till it start to get thick.
  5. Add vanilla essence and rest of butter mix it.
  6. Then after 1 minute add beaten eggs and mix it till it becomes very thick.
  7. Take mixture and poor over the base. Niw take the cinnamon powder and sprinkel over the dish. Keep aside and let it cool down then keep it in the fridge to set and enjoy
