It's a traditional tea beverage from Kashmir, though with a lengthy process but the end result is delicious, a baby pink colour beverage takes a little bit extra time but is yum in taste

Ingredients Serving: 2

Kashmir Tea Leaves 2teaspoon full
Sugar according to taste
Salt 1/2teaspoon for 2 cups of tea
Baking soda 1/4tsp for 2 cups of tea
Kashmir dry-fruit mix assorted (few alnonds,pista's,cashews)
Khada masala (cardamom, cinnamon,cloves - roasted & then powdered 1/2 teaspoon for 2 cups of tea
Milk 1-1/2 cup
Water 1-1/2 cup

Instructions

Ingredients to be used for making this sabz chai
Take empty pan, place on gas
Add water to it, boil well
Add tea leaves in water, allow the tea leaves to boil in water at sim flame for 10min for one to get a good tea
Add kashmiri khada masala roasted spice 1/2 teaspoon in the water and simmer for another 2min
Add salt this time, mix well
Add sugar now
Add baking soda to it
Now add milk to it, observe the changes in the colour of the tea & the size of the tea leaves, the colour changes to pink
Now the consistency of the tea has changed at this time
Lastly boil well
Keep stirring for few minutes on sim flame for the better taste
Lastly serve hot, sabz chai is ready, u may put this dryfruit inside (as per own choice)
