ABOUT BLACK RICE KHEER RECIPE

Healthy Nutritious Rice which is the only rice,which contains Anthocyanin. It contains important antioxidant Vit. E . which is useful in maintaining eye,skin and immune health.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. 1/2 cup black rice
  3. 1 tbsp crushed cardamom powder
  4. 3/4 tbsp Sugar
  5. 1 tbsp of raisins.

Instructions

  1. Soak the black rice for about half an hour.
  2. In a pan heat milk till boiing point.
  3. Now add the soaked black rice and cook over medium heat.
  4. Keeping stirring continuously so that it doesn't stick at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Now add sugar,cardamom powder and soaked raisins .
  6. Cook till the black rice are cooked.
