This is bengali sweet ,and first time i tried this sweet ,A1 taste

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full Fat milk 1 ml
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. Water 3 Cups
  4. Some pistachio silvers
  5. Some saffron

Instructions

  1. Boiled the milk and switch off the flame and add lemon juice
  2. Curdle formed.
  3. Drain the curdle and washed well
  4. Washed 3 times and tie tightly and hang the chenna for 30 minutes
  5. After 30 minutes knead the chenna for 10 minutes.
  6. Make a soft dough
  7. Make a soft equal balls
  8. Take a pan and add sugar and water
  9. Stir well and add cordamom
  10. Boil for 5 minutes and add saffrons
  11. Mix well
  12. Then gently add chenna balls one by one
  13. Close the lid and cook well
  14. After 10 minutes allow it cool.
  15. For garnish pistachio silvers and saffron.
  16. And keep refrigerate and serve chill, Rajbhog / kesar Rasagullas was ready.
