ABOUT Rasgulla pakoda RECIPE

A mixture of sweets of bengal and savoury of Rajasthan.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rasgulla 10pcs
  2. Besan (gram flour) 100gram
  3. Salt 1/2 tbsp
  4. Oil 500ml
  5. Chaat masala 20gram

Instructions

  1. measure all the ingredients as per the recipe.
  2. squeeze out the sweet water from Rasgulla and keep it on a separate bowl.
  3. take gram flour and add salt and water to make it a liquid thick paste.
  4. now dip the rasgulla into the gram floor paste.
  5. take oil in a thick bottom Pan and heat it.
  6. once the oil is heated put each Rasgulla into the pan and deep fry it.
  7. once it turns brownish you can remove it from the flame.
  8. Sprinkle chat masala as soon as you remove it from the flame.
  9. your dish is now ready to be served.
