ABOUT Season’s Egg Curry RECIPE

When it’s the season of phoolgobi/cauliflower, eggs are also mingling with them very well. Aloo phoolgobi’r Dimer torkari.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 boiled egg
  2. cauliflower 8-9 pieces
  3. potatoes 2 cube size
  4. 1 tomato chopped
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 1 small onion paste
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. jeera Dhandia powder 1 tsp
  9. garam masala 1/2 tsp
  10. salt
  11. turmeric powder
  12. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  13. fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  14. water

Instructions

  1. Temper fennel seeds in oil and sauté cauliflower and potatoes together in the oil
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, onion paste, bay leaf and ginger garlic paste.
  3. sauté them till the vegetables are soft. Add jeera Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, garam masala
  4. Now add the boiled egg and water
  5. cook it for 5-7 min
  6. garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onion
