ABOUT Fish Garden Salad RECIPE

Now doctors advise diet with less carbohydrate, specially in dinner.Here I am sharing a less oil pan fried fish with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish fillets-2 , cubed (any white fish fillets)
  2. Juice of 1 lemon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper-1 teaspoon
  5. Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
  6. Red chili flakes-1 teaspoon
  7. Mayonnaise-2 teaspoon
  8. Curd - 2 teaspoon
  9. Broccoli-1 small (cut into medium sized florets)
  10. Carrots-2 , finely chopped
  11. Mushrooms-1 cup , finely chopped
  12. French beans-5 , finely chopped
  13. Peas-1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix fish chunks with salt,pepper , lemon and keep it aside for 30 minutes
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add fish and stir fry until both sides are light brown and tender
  3. Transfer fish to serving plate
  4. Add all vegetables in same pan ,sprinkle salt and pepper on top,close the lid. Simmer, cover and cook until veggies are done
  5. Transfer veggies to same serving plate. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top
  6. Whisk curd , little salt and mayonnaise in a bowl
  7. Garnish the salad with curd mix. Sprinkle red chili flakes. Serve immediately
