ABOUT Garden Salad RECIPE

Make this healthy tangy salad from leftover sprouts & fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sprouts
  2. 1 apple
  3. 1 potato
  4. 1/2 cup pomegranate
  5. Handful of walnuts
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. Salt & pepper as per taste
  8. 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1/4 tsp red chilli pwdr
  10. 1/4 tsp jeera pwdr
  11. 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add sprouts, red chilly pwdr, jeera pwdr & salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove in a bowl & let it cool.
  2. Add chopped boiled potatoes & apple, pomegranate, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt & pepper & walnuts.
  3. Mix all well. You can either have this at room temperature or refrigerate & eat it cold.
