Blanch spinach and blend with green chilies to form a smooth paste
Grind peas to form smooth paste
In a bowl, add besan , whisked curd, ginger, garlic paste,red chili, coriander and turmeric powder and mix well to form smooth lump free batter
Heat oil in pan,add fenugreek,cumin, mustard seeds and Hing . When mustard seeds splutter, add spinach paste and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Add peas paste and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes
Now add whisked curd mixture and salt , mix well and stir continuously until curry reaches desired consistency
Heat oil in a pan,add potato cubes and stir fry until golden brown. Add tomato,onion and capsicum cubes and stir fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Add this mixture to Kadhi and mix well
Heat 1 tsp oil in pan, add cumin, mustard, hing ,curry leaves, whole red chili and mix well. Once mustard seeds splutter ,add red chili powder and mix well for few seconds. Pour the seasoning over kadhi and mix well
Now Peas Kadhi is ready to be served with rice or chapati.
