Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spring onion 150 gm, chopped
  2. Mustard seeds paste 5 -6 tsp
  3. Green chili 2-3 , chopped
  4. Mustard oil 3 tbsp
  5. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add spring onion and stir fry for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add mustard seeds paste ,salt and green chili . Mix well
  3. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add adequate water. Cover and cook for 15-18 minutes over low heat
  5. Drizzle 1 tsp mustard oil on top
  6. Serve hot with rice .
