Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients of curry :
  2. Soaked chana dal (split bangal gram) 1 cup
  3. Chopped spring onion 1 big bowl
  4. Curd 1/2 cup or butter milk 2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  7. Fenugreek seeds powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Ingredients For tempering :
  9. Mustered seeds 1/2tsp
  10. Asafetida 1 pinch
  11. Oil 1 tbsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  13. Curry masaala 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the chana dal with chopped spring onion and make smooth paste ..
  2. Now in dal and onion paste mix all ingredients of curry .. and beat it
  3. Now take a pan put this mixture in and add 1 glass of water mix it and cook it ..
  4. Stir occasionally .. and cook it for 20 mins ..if require add some more water ..
  5. For tempering .. take a tadka pan put 1 tbsp oil heat it .. add mustered seeds when it crackle .. add remaining splices roast few seconds ..
  6. Now spread this tadka on curry ..garnish with spring onion . And serve it hot with chapati , rice or paraatha
