ABOUT Palak Paneer RECIPE

A North Indian veg menu made of spinach paste and spices along with paneer. Best served with parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups of Palak/spinach leaves blend and make purée
  2. oil / butter 6tsp
  3. 1 cup Paneer cubes
  4. 1 tomato Chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp jeera seeds
  7. 2-3 tsp of fresh cream
  8. salt 1/2 tsp
  9. 3-4 green chillies
  10. water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a kadai, heat oil and temper jeera in it
  2. Add onions and ginger garlic paste and sauté it for few minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and then the spinach purée, sauté nicely for 3-4 min
  4. Add 1/2 cup water, salt, green chillies and stir fried Paneer cubes in it.
  5. Boil for 4-5 min and add till fresh cream and off your sim
  6. Serve hot with chapattis or parathas
