Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup Methi leaves
  2. 8 Carrots, chopped
  3. 1 cup green peas
  4. 2 green chilies, chopped
  5. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/4 tsp red pepper
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/4 tsp garam Masala
  11. 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
  12. 4 tsp mustard oil.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds
  2. Add ginger and green chilies. Saute for 1 minute
  3. Add carrots and peas and stir well
  4. Add salt ,red pepper , turmeric powder. Mix well for a minute
  5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Nw add fenugreek leaves and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Open and cook until veggies are tender
  8. Add garam masala and stir well for a minute
  9. Serve hot with chapati.
